Travel Partners

Volleyball Canada is proud to once again have HTG Sports Services and Absolute Travel Specialists on board as our official travel partners for Calgary 2015.

Please note that a Stay and Play Policy will be in place for this event, with more details coming soon. For this reason, we advise you to refrain from booking any transportation or accommodations.

HTG Sports Services

HTG Sports Services have worked very closely with Tourism Calgary and ALL participating host hotels have been secured for traveling teams.

Once the age group competition dates have been announced, the HTG Host Hotel program will be open for business. As this is a Stay and Play event, all hotels have been advised to direct calls back to HTG Sports Services so we can ensure your team qualifies accordingly. We ask that you do not call the hotels directly as this could create duplicate bookings.

Once the date for hotel bookings has been established, the link will be posted on this webpage.

Absolute Travel Specialists

Absolute Travel Specialists will help you with your individual and/or group travel needs, including transportation (flights, train, charter bus, rental cars) and travel insurance.

If you pre-register your group flights with Absolute Travel Specialists and you will be automatically entered into a draw for a $500 credit towards your group flight booking. Get the best discounted group prices by contacting Absolute Travel Specialists first to avoid duplicate bookings with airlines, which could result in higher prices and cancelations.
