Auction Terms and Conditions

• Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to bid on our auction unless they are bidding in conjunction with their parents or legal guardians
• We ensure that your name will not be posted on our site at any time.
• Once you place a bid on an item you are obliged to pay for that item should you be the highest final bid amount
• Volleyball Canada is not responsible for any customs duty or tax. 
• Volleyball Canada will not be responsible for any damaged or lost items once the item(s) is/are shipped to out of town address
• If you are the successful bidder of an item, your credit card will be processed automatically.  We reserve the right to cancel any bids or purchases.  There are no refunds.
