2013 Junior Men's National Team Program
The purpose of the Junior National Team Program is to identify, select and train a group of young athletes who have future Senior National Team potential and offer them the opportunity to train and represent Canada in international competition at an earlier age. The intent of the program is to train for and compete in both the 2013 U21 Pan Am Cup & 2013 FIVB World Junior Championship.
All athletes MUST:
Be born in 1993 or later.
Be Canadian citizens and have a valid Canadian passport.

ATHLETE IDENTIFICATION & SELECTION
Athletes will be identified for the Junior Men's National Team through a selection camp in Gatineau (dates TBC). Final selection of the top 12 to 14 athletes will be made at the conclusion of the selection. These top athletes as identified by the Selection committee will then continue training in Gatineau.

|Sept 2||Return to Canada|
All athletes selected to the Junior team will be nominated for Sport Canada carding for a minimum of 4 months at $900/month. Athletes will also receive tuition support.
All athletes selected to the Junior team will be required to pay a $1,500 program fee/fundraising obligation. The money that is raised from these fees will be used to offset travel, training and competition costs for the program.
