Event Hosting

Volleyball Canada is currently accepting bids for the 2013-2014 Canadian Opens. Please see below the Candidature File for the 14U, 15U and 16U East and West Opens as well as the Bid Manual for the 17U/18U Open.

Note that Volleyball Canada is looking for hosting groups for the 14U, 15U and 16U East and West Open, but for a Host City for the 17U/18U Canadian Open.

Here are the events you can apply for with the 2013-2014 Candidature File (Hosting Groups):

• 14U Canadian West Open
• 15U Canadian West Open
• 16U Canadian West Open
• 14/15/16U Canadian East Open 

Here is the event you can apply for with the 2013-2014 Bid Manual (Host City): 

• 17U/18U Canadian Open

All Bids must be submitted by March 31st, 2012.
Please submit one hard copy and an electronic copy of the bid.

Hosting Manual
 

Over the years Volleyball Canada has developped a Hosting Manual to assist its hosting committees in organizing and hosting successful events. The Manual is updated every two years, which coincides with the hosting cycle.

Please click on the following link to view the 2010-2011 Event Hosting Manual. Interested group may consult the 2010-2011 version of the Hosting Manual as a reference, however please note that it will only be updated after the 2012 Canadian Open.
