Demyanenko was 10 for 13 on the attack while Barnes earned four of his points on service aces.

‘’We are happy to win the match today,’’ said Canada’s team captain Milan Nikic of Calgary. ‘’The third set is always the toughest set to close up the match. They got back against us but I think our reaction showed our talent when we recovered in the fourth set.”
